#1- Unless you are a polititican, it is really o.k. to 'flip-flop'.
Changing your mind (especially after opening it to new ideas, opinions, or facts) is evidence I think of an evolving, growing, and yes, open minded and not sad person...
which leads right into ...
#2- It is really o.k. to admit when you are wrong.
It's going to happen. If it didn't, people would be climbing to the top of a mountain to talk to you. Admitting when you were wrong shows grace, humility and an acceptance of your humanness.
If you are able to do this, other people will (easily) accept your humanness too. It will remind them of someone they know ;)
